Happy Birthday Grayson!!!

Last weekend we had a GREAT time celebrating Grayson's 3rd Birthday!!!  It all started on Thursday night when Grandma and Grandpa Nims came to Iowa to stay with us!!  Grayson and Olivia had a great time spending all day Friday with them.  It was great for all of them to have a special day together, along with daddy... even though I left a honey-do list to help get ready for the big bash on Saturday.  On Friday night Grandma and Grandpa Friederich came, along with Great-grandma and grandpa Broghammer!  We had a house-full, but had a great time being with so much family.  Saturday morning we got the party started... I was busy putting the finishing touches on Grayson's T-Rex cake, while the boys started grilling everything for lunch.  The rest of the crowd trickled in and included lots of our families!!  We were soooooo excited to be in Iowa for this birthday party, and have the chance for so many people to help us celebrate. Needless to say we had a great Dino Day!!  On Sunday (Grayson's actual birthday) he and I headed to the mall to meet our friends Easton and Liz for some play time in the play place and lunch at Panera...

This last Friday night we headed out with our neighbors for some bowling! Grayson had a great time learning how to bowl!!
