Offer Accepted!

In approximately 30 days our new address will be 1400 13th St. Adel, Iowa!! The back and forth negotiations finally ended yesterday on our new (and I mean BRAND NEW!) house in Iowa. It is a new construction, there isn't even grass yet, in a newer neighborhood in the smallish town of Adel which is about 15 miles west of Des Moines. It is a two story, 4 bedroom, with a laundry room on the second floor! I am in love... and hoping my husband likes it as much as I do, since he hasn't seen it in person yet... yikes!
